Online registrations will remain open until the opening of the conference. 
The On-site registration will begin on Sep. 10^th, 2023.  
The reduced registration fee will be applicable until June 10^th, 2023. 

In order to make the on-site registration process more convenient for conference participants, we kindly ask you to pre-register your information in the conference registration system.

The registration fee will include daily lunches, dinners, refreshments and welcome party. Payments by credit card (Visa and Master Card) will be available. Attendees from Mainland China may choose to pay the registration fee with China Yuan.

Refund policy and cancellation fee

Cancellation/refund requests must be made by emailing icmm2023@nju.edu.cn.

Cancellation/refund requests made no later than July 31^st, 2023 are subject to a 5% administrative fee.

Cancellation/refund requests made no later than August 20^th, 2023 are subject to a 25% administrative fee.

No refund requests will be honored after August 20^th, 2023.
